Here's How It Works

With your input, RapidSeal creates a custom electronic format that includes all the information that normally appears on your statement, invoices, or tax forms. Afer your approval of the customized template, you simply email a file to RapidSeal for processing. Or if you prefer, send a diskette. RapidSeal's data processing experts seamlessly merge your data with your pre-approved template. If your files contain information you would prefer not printed, our programmers can simply "block" this data from view. No matter what software, format, or other billing mechanism you're currently using, RapidSeal can handle it.

Using our Pressure Seal forms and technology, RapidSeal processes and prints professional invoices, statements, or tax forms. Each statement is then Pressure Seal folded and mailed to your customer.
